Acceptance

By accessing virtualnetapp.digital or enrolling in Virtualnetapp training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a program.

Educational nature of services

Virtualnetapp provides technical analysis training and confluence-based entry planning education. We do not provide personal financial product advice, brokerage, or portfolio management. Trading involves risk of loss. Past chart examples are illustrative only.

Bookings and accounts

Places in intensives, mentoring, and clinics are confirmed only after we reply to your enquiry and you complete any requested deposit or pre-work. You must provide accurate contact details.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, annotated examples, and site content remain the property of Virtualnetapp. You may use materials for your personal study. You may not reproduce, sell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, harvest contact details, or submit abusive or fraudulent enquiries.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Virtualnetapp is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a supplied service is limited to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply, where such limitation is allowed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
