What we collect
- Name, email, phone (if provided), and message content from enquiry forms
- Program preferences and market experience you choose to share
- Basic technical logs such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Booking and payment correspondence handled off-site by email
We do not ask for trading account passwords, identification documents for site browsing, or sensitive health information.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and manage training places

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active booking dispute. Booking records are retained for seven years where required for accounting. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.
